Loading bays and yards need outdoor-rated fittings, which on this side of Cape Town means fittings that withstand salt in the air.

Replacing high-bays is work at height, so it is planned with the tenant: aisles cleared, access equipment in place, and sections completed in turn so the warehouse keeps operating.
